What the Assessment Includes

We offer two Well Woman’s Health Assessment options with our expert Gynaecologists Miss Pippa Letchworth and Miss Linda Farahani, allowing you to choose the level of investigation that best suits you.

Option 1: Core Well Woman Assessment

Consultation, smear test and blood tests – £670

Specialist consultation:

  • Detailed review of your medical history, menstrual cycle, contraception, and lifestyle
  • Discussion of symptoms, preventative health, and risk factors
  • Opportunity to raise any concerns or questions

Cervical smear test:

  • Performed where due or clinically appropriate
  • Carried out gently and discreetly by an experienced clinician

Comprehensive blood tests:

  • Full blood count (FBC)
  • Urea & electrolytes (U+E)
  • Liver function tests (LFTs) including GGT and AST
  • Thyroid function – TSH, T3, T4
  • Iron studies and Ferritin
  • Vitamin D
  • HbA1c (diabetes screening)
  • Lipid profile
  • Vitamin B12
  • Folic acid
  • Calcium and Phosphate
  • Erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR)

Option 2: Comprehensive Well Woman Assessment

Consultation, smear test, blood tests and pelvic ultrasound – £930

The Comprehensive option includes everything in the Core assessment, plus:

  • Pelvic ultrasound scan
  • Detailed assessment of the uterus, ovaries, and pelvic anatomy
  • Helpful for identifying fibroids, cysts, or other structural concerns
  • Results explained clearly as part of your private care plan

What Happens After Your Well Woman’s Health Assessment?

Following your appointment:

  • All results are reviewed by your Gynaecologist
  • Findings are explained clearly, with reassurance or recommendations as needed
  • Personalised advice is provided on lifestyle, screening, or further care
