Standard Consultation (30 minutes) £200

A standard consultation to discuss any concerns with your health. On booking your first appointment, you will receive a new patient medical history questionnaire as part of your registration process. Your doctor will go through this during the appointment so we can get to know you and your needs. All prescription fees are included within the consultation price. Follow up consultations can be either face to face, by telephone or video.

A shorter appointment available only to existing patients. Suitable to discuss one health issue, and consultation can be in person, by telephone or virtually.

An extended consultation is suitable to discuss multiple health issues, allowing for a comprehensive assessment and tailored management plan for you. All prescription fees are included within the consultation price.

No additional administration fee is charged for medications prescribed during the consultation. For repeat prescription requests for existing patients, there is a £20 administration fee per prescription or you can choose to pay a £70 annual fee.

An annual health assessment provides a detailed and comprehensive in person review of your overall medical health and health goals. The screening can be further individualised to meet your specific needs the addition of further tests. All screenings include an in-person discussion about your health, examination and further tests (blood tests, ECG and urinalysis).

Core Package (£650)

•A 60-minute appointment to discuss your health and health goals
•A detailed discussion about lifestyle and any changes needed to reach your goals
• Physical examination including:
o Weight, height and BMI calculation
o Blood pressure, pulse and ECG
o Ears nose and throat examination
o Eye and fundoscopy assessment
o Abdominal (and pelvic where appropriate) examination
o Skin review
o Neurological examination
o Peak flow where appropriate
o For women – breast examination and advice on self-examination
o For men – advice on testicular self-examination
• Urinalysis (check for protein, blood and infection)
• A full panel of blood tests including:
o Full blood count
o Renal profile
o Hba1c (diabetes test)
o Liver function
o Lipid profile (cholesterol and triglycerides)
o Iron and ferritin
o Vitamin b12, folic acid and vitamin D
o Thyroid function
• Calculation of Q risk (cardiovascular assessment) and Fracture Risk

Additional tests will be tailored to need but suggested additional tests include:

• Sexual Health screen
• Cervical smears
• FIT test for bowel cancer screening
• PSA prostate cancer screening blood test for men

We work with London’s leading diagnostic centres and can refer you promptly should you need any imaging investigations including ultrasound, MRI, DEXA or mammograms.
