With over 20 years in customer service and 6 years as a medical receptionist, Gemma is dedicated to creating a welcoming and compassionate environment for all patients. She also brings with her a wealth of expertise, having worked in private healthcare clinic previously.

In Gemma’s free time she enjoys going to the theatre, reading, and travelling with her family.
