Lactation Consultant

Imogen is a Specialist Senior Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse (NHS) and qualified International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), with over two decades of experience supporting families in the UK and Australia.

Imogen provides specialist feeding support and education within her NHS Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) role. In addition, Imogen facilitates workshops and provides 1:1 specialist support both antenatally and postnatally at Westminster Women’s Clinic.

Imogen offers specialist, personalised feeding support for all families, recognising that each journey is unique. Providing a safe and supportive environment where families can move at their own pace, building confidence in their choices.

She is particularly experienced in supporting families of NICU graduates overcome feeding challenges. Regardless of the type of feeding (breastfeeding, bottle feeding, tube feeding or combination), Imogen is dedicated to helping parents find the best approach for their situation.

As a mother of two, Imogen brings a personal understanding to her work, continually learning and growing from her own experiences. Her breastfeeding journeys ignited her passion for individualised, non-judgmental care, and she remains committed to helping families make informed decisions that feel right for them, their baby, and their unique circumstances.
