Rebecca Chandler

Health Care Assistant

Rebecca is a dedicated and compassionate healthcare assistant with over four years of experience working in acute medicine within the NHS. She has had the privilege of supporting critically ill patients through some of their most challenging times, including two waves of the Covid-19 pandemic. Her role has equipped Rebecca with a broad range of skills, including taking bloods, inserting cannulas, and providing essential care in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

Rebecca has also gained valuable experience in the Ambulatory Assessment Area (AAA) clinic, where she assisted with patient assessments and procedures. Her six months in Neuro ICU further honed my abilities, allowing Rebecca to work closely with patients in critical neurological conditions, supporting both the clinical team and patients through complex treatments.

Outside of work Rebecca enjoys spending time with her family and dog Ziggy, as well as attending gigs and concerts which is an essential way for Rebecca to unwind and recharge.
